A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The deposit paid at the time of booking:

• Is non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

3. Deposits, Cancellations and Rescheduling

To ensure appointment availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Booking deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits may be forfeited if an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, or not attended.

• Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice may be required to pay a further deposit before making future bookings.

Laura O reserves the right to determine cancellation and rescheduling outcomes on a case-by-case basis.

4. Consultation Requirements

All clients must attend a consultation before treatment decisions can be made.

Recommendations, treatment plans and pricing are determined during consultation and may vary between individuals.

The practitioner reserves the right to decline treatment where it is considered clinically inappropriate, unsuitable, or not in the client's best interests.

Payment of a consultation fee or deposit does not guarantee treatment will be provided.

Any deposit paid at booking will be credited toward services received during your appointment.

Full payment for services provided is required on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
